2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Custom configurations, made-to-order setups, and clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at contact@wellpagesale.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
4. Refund Processing
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are available only for identical items damaged during shipping. For all other cases, please initiate a standard return and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your card provider. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us for assistance.
