1. Overview
By using the WELLPAGE SALE website and configurator, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our services.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are shown in GBP. Payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if products are unavailable or incorrect pricing occurs.
3. Shipping & Installation
Delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk transfer to you once the product is handed to the carrier. Installation, if purchased, is handled by certified technicians.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within the stated window if the item is unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
5. Warranty
All products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage due to misuse or third-party installation is not covered.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount of the product in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of London, UK.
